HAVE YOUR DONATIONS MATCHED 10:1 | LAUNCHING APRIL 21, 2025
Attention Caterpillar employees:
In connection with Caterpillar’s Centennial, the Caterpillar Foundation will provide a limited-time 10:1 match through our Matching Gifts Program for global employee gifts made starting April 21, 2025, ending May 2, 2025 (or once the match total reaches $10M USD).
First, make a donation directly to MYBA from April 21-May 2. Go to our "About" section and click on "Make a Donation to MYBA."
Next, log in to request a match at 10:1 Matching Gifts Website.
What you need to know:
Gift Minimum
Gifts must be a tax-deductible, charitable contribution of $25 USD (or local currency equivalent) or more.
Maximum Match
Each Caterpillar participant can enter up to $500 USD (or local currency equivalent) in donations in the system and the Foundation will match at a 10:1 ratio up to a maximum amount of $5,000 USD. This is exempt from the standard $10,000 USD annual cap per participant through our 1:1 matching program. Any donations exceeding $500 will follow the 1:1 annual match.
Deadline
To be eligible for consideration of the Foundation match, Caterpillar participant gifts must be paid directly to the charity from April 21-May 2, 2025. The match request must be entered in the Caterpillar Cares portal by 11:59pm ET on May 2, 2025. Gifts made prior to April 21 are not eligible.
Charities must confirm all matching gift requests in the Caterpillar Cares portal by June 30, 2025, at 11:59pm ET. The Caterpillar Foundation will then process eligible 10:1 match payments to charities by August 2025.
